Hitomi Tanaka (田中瞳 ) is a Japanese AV actress, AV idol, gravure idol, adult model and glamour model. She was also worked as a singer for the group BRW108.

Hitomi is best known as the most popular AV idol in Japan due to her busty natural breast. She has consistently been one of the most popular actresses in the JAV industry and one of the most famous JAV actresses in the western world. As her popularity grew, she has gained a lot of international recognition which leads to her working in mainstream porn as well as other adult-oriented entertainment projects. Outside of porn, she has been referenced numerous times by the mainstream media and the internet community, treating her popularity as ongoing trends.

Hitomi was born on July 18, 1986. She debuted as a clothed model in 2007 and appeared in her debut "gravure" (non-nude) video, Hitomi Tanaka Bakunyuu J no Shogeki, in November 2007. She has also worked in the softcore movie field, appearing in two V-Cinema works, Bakunyu Sentai Fiber Star Part.1 and its sequel Bakunyu Sentai Fiber Star Part.2, both released in September 2008.

She also did a few videos for Score, and for that reason she had to learn some English. Hitomi recently confirmed on her Instagram account that she will work harder on her English. In 2015, she made history becoming the only woman to win Score Model of the Year twice. She won the award for a third time in 2016 furthering her already history making Score career. In April 2020, it was officially announced that Hitomi won the Score Model of the Decade award for 2010-2019.
