She was born in France and moved to Los Angeles, California when she was approximately three years old. She began working as a porn actress at 18 years old after graduating from a private school in Hollywood, California, where she also worked at a burger bar.
In June 2009, Nice and five other people were arrested and jailed on charges of lewd conduct for flashing in public.

She announced her retirement from porn in September 2012, but she still performs today.
