She was born at the Leopoldo Aguerrevere Clinic and studied at the Santiago de León School in Caracas. Antonella prepared her thesis on the humanities mention on geishas, and throughout the two years of the diversified cycle she carried out a work entitled "Approximation of a concept of women to understand the geisha", which dealt with women who work in the industry of sex, from the hetairas of ancient Greece and Japanese geisha to contemporary prostitution.

Several job layoffs that she was the subject of motivated her to dedicate herself to the pornographic industry.
She has been chosen by the erotic content magazine Penthouse as "Pet of the month" and has also been recognized with an AVN (Adult Video News) award in the category "Best New Actress." She has been on the cover of magazines such as UB Magazine and has posed for photographers like Mike Ohrangutang. She currently works in Los Angeles, California.
She is the niece of the actress María Conchita Alonso.
